Senior Strategist–Political

Citizen seeks a seasoned and agile political operator to serve as its Senior Strategist, Political. You’re the right person for this role if you have extensive campaign and/or political strategy on either (or both) sides of the aisle, and are ready to use your skillset to support a new generation of inspiring leaders and solutions via causes (c4, c6, and PAC) and candidates. 

In this role, you’ll work alongside Citizen leadership to develop a company framework and long-term strategy for Citizen’s political engagement. On an ongoing basis, you’ll identify and evaluate opportunities for Citizen to deploy its growing set of unique data, analytics, strategy, and messaging tools. You’ll also work closely with Citizen’s growth team to pursue and win these political opportunities.

Once we’ve engaged political partners, you’ll be responsible for helping them to build and execute upon data-driven political strategies leveraging Citizen’s in-house research and analytics capabilities including public opinion research, message testing, persuasion modeling and audience development.

Chief Revenue Officer

Citizen Data seeks an agile, visionary, and experienced growth executive to serve as its founding Chief Revenue Officer at a pivotal inflection expansion point. Reporting to our Chief Executive Officer, the CRO will be a member of the Citizen leadership team and will develop and execute upon a comprehensive, long-term, scalable growth and impact strategy for our mission-driven company. 

This critical role requires a unique combination of innovative thinking, strong management skills, and financial expertise. The CRO will oversee all matters related to sales and revenue, marketing, business development, competitive analysis and account management. Project Manager

Citizen seeks an organized, strategic, and agile Project Manager to manage internal and external projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple large projects and priorities simultaneously, interfacing with partners, and leading internal teams — as well as a demonstrated motivation to bridge divides, drive social impact, and strengthen American democracy.

Data Analyst

Citizen Data seeks a qualified and experienced Data Analyst to design and deploy randomized control trials and community-level intervention tests at scale. The Data Analyst will be a key member of the founding data team as it identifies trends, generates insights, delivers quantitative and visual analyses, and continuously improves its existing data infrastructure. 

The ideal candidate will have a background in data analysis, social science, and/or quantitative and qualitative research. In addition to developing experiments on behalf of Citizen partners, he or she will produce various data analyses outputs and interface with Citizen’s partners to field questions and translate data into strategic recommendations.

Data Manager

Citizen Data seeks a highly organized and entrepreneurial Data Manager to manage Citizen Data’s growing cloud database and infrastructure, aggregate and process big and disparate datasets, and optimize performance to ensure analytics are accurate and available on-demand. 

The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud architecture or data engineering experience as well as strong data manipulation and data analysis skills. The Data Manager collaborates with Citizen Data Analysts and Scientists to help manage and organize Citizen’s databases and to prepare, clean, and generate insights from incoming and existing data. 

The Data Manager will be an early, founding member of the Citizen data capability, and will be expected to contribute at a strategic level as much as a technical one.

Data Analyst Intern (Fall/Winter 2021)

The Data Analyst Intern will assist in designing and analyzing original survey research and  work with the data team to develop internal and external-facing data analysis products.
